This "mom and me" class is designed to develop body awareness and motor skills, explore rhythmic activities and creative movement, increases self-esteem, and encourages expression in a positive, safe and nurturing environment.Our mission is to provide instruction to improve fitness, focus, muscle strength, coordination, balance, self-confidence and social skills.
